TwoFold Dance Theatre
TwoFold Dance Theatre is a contemporary dance duo made up of Laurie Case and Jan Wood. Their collaboration is shaped by their ongoing research into the principles of threading within contemporary movement. They have most recently taken the stage at Resolution festival 2024 debuting their work Forward to Nowhere which was supported by Ugly Duck, Trip Space Studios and Bodies in Action. At the forefront of the project is a drive to create performances that resonate with audiences of all backgrounds and experiences, expressing something honest and relatable.
Workshops
Laurie has taught movement workshops across a number of esteemed studios in London. She has hosted ProClass at Tripspace Studios and The Place, and has facilitated a research session at 'The playground' Rambert.
Beyond dance, Laurie is a certified Personal Trainer specialising in strength training for women and dancers.
